So I was watching this video on how to do back flips (i was going to post it but i just realized it has bad music in the background) Anyways they were like if u pull ur legs up as high as you can ur body will just flip. I was like- there are at least 10 different people at my church that would break their necks trying to do that. Then I was struck with bordom (again) and decided that if I did it on a bed I wouldnt hurt myself. (because I am brilliant) So since I have the bottom part of a trendle bed I put it back down on the floor (so I would break anything holding it up) And the first time I was about to do it I was like- i doubt if you pull your legs up u'll flip so I did and then have way through I freaked out because I thought I was going to fall on my neck. And then I started trying to get back unto my back and that made me fall on my neck. So then i was like- that didnt hurt that much... so actually tried but my foot got caught on a sheet and I did something funny to my back. I also knocked the breathe out of me.
But it was awesome. So then I watched the video to make sure I was doing everything right. Then I tried it again and i did it !!!!!!!!!! :D))))))))))))))))
Haha so then I was going to try it on my floor but then it would probably make the ceiling shake so hard that I would chip something (my house is soooooo old)
Haha- I can do a back flip. Now Im wondering why- if I took gymnastics for so long- did they not tell me how do a backflip?????????? I recorded myself doing it again on my bed but the vibrations turned it off :p
on the other hand my back is starting to hurt everytime I move...

I think I am going to go look up how to do a backflip on youtube. It sounds fun.
